School Rules & Regulations Dear Parents and Students, Every institution operates under its own rules and regulations. No organization can progress without addressing every individual's difficulties. We have our own responsibilities and challenges. Most of our teachers are brought from outside Bihar and South India to provide better education to the children. We aim to deliver the best education, which requires the active cooperation of parents. Below are our rules and regulations. Please read them carefully before taking admission or promoting to the next class to avoid any future conflicts. Uniform We have three uniform sets: * Regular Days: Pink for Nursery to Class 2; Blue check for Class 3 to Class 10. * Wednesday & Saturday: White uniform on Wednesday and house group T-shirt with track pants on Saturday. * The uniform, including tie, socks, and shoes, must be neat and clean. Hair and nails must be trimmed. Girls must tie two ponytails with white ribbons and hairbands. * Children must not wear expensive items like rings, earrings, or necklaces. The school will not be responsible in case of loss. Monthly School Fees * Fees must be paid on or before the 10th of every month to avoid late fines. * Late Fine Rates: ₹20 between the 11th and 20th; ₹25 between the 21st and 30th; ₹30 after the month ends (i.e., ₹1 per day). * As per government norms, a 7% annual fee hike may apply due to an annual 5% to 10% increase in building rent and staff salaries. * If fees remain unpaid for 3 consecutive months, the student's name will be struck off the roll and readmission will be required. Day Meal (Lunch) * Students must bring only Roti and Sabzi for lunch. Fast food and packaged items like biscuits are strictly prohibited. * Proper purified water dispensing machines are installed on every floor of both school buildings. Additional Charges * School Development Fee: ₹1,000 payable annually in April. * Double Promotion: An additional fee of ₹1,000 applies. * ID Card Fee: ₹120 to ₹250 per year. * Exam Fee: Conducted twice a year—once in September and once in February. * Sports & Art Fee: ₹100 once a year for annual sports and arts activities. * Annual Day Function: Payable once every 2 years (range: ₹300 to ₹500 depending on the event setup). (Since it is expensive, we host celebrations in alternate years.) Admission * Required documents: Student's Aadhaar Card/Birth Certificate, Parents' Aadhaar Cards, and passport-size photographs. * Fees vary according to age and seat availability. Fees once paid are non-refundable. Transportation * We provide transport facilities at minimal rates, which do not fully cover vehicle rent, EMI, driver salary, diesel, or documentation costs. Hence, 100% transport fees are charged during vacations as well. * To discontinue transport and avoid charges for the following month, written notification must be given before the 30th. Re-joining requires notification and payment for the entire month. Results * Examinations are held every two months, and results are shared during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM). Attendance is mandatory to review results and interact with subject teachers. Parents and teachers must work together for the child's optimal growth. Note: We are humans, not God; everyone faces problems at times. If exam fees are unpaid and an admit card is withheld due to genuine emergencies, contact the Principal 2 days before exams to avoid missing them. Please ensure overdue fees do not exceed one month.
